thebespoketraveler operates with a small, intentional team. We do not post job openings. When we need someone, we find them through the network we already trust — writers, photographers, concierges, drivers, fixers, hospitality professionals we have worked with for years.
What we look for.
- Video editors who understand luxury-travel pacing and cinematic storytelling
- Travel journalists — people who have published in titles where the prose actually matters (Condé Nast Traveler, Departures, Monocle, T Magazine)
- Travel writers — freelance and ongoing
- DMCs (Destination Management Companies) — particularly in Asia, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean
- Travel advisers with credentials from Virtuoso, Condé Nast Traveler Top Travel Specialists, or Travel + Leisure A-List
- Photographers and videographers whose feed is the portfolio, not the LinkedIn — and who are willing to travel for the work
