Booking Terms.
The agreement that governs trip routing through thebespoketraveler.
1. Scope.
These terms apply to any trip routed through thebespoketraveler. They are entered into between the client (you) and thebespoketraveler (we / us). Booking a trip with us constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Routing and quotes.
Trip quotes are custom, prepared after a one-on-one consultation. Quotes are valid for fourteen days from issue. Pricing may change after that window due to operator availability and seasonality.
3. Deposits and payment.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the trip total is required to confirm bookings with operators. Balance is due in accordance with the deadlines outlined in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations.
Cancellation terms vary by trip and operator. Specific cancellation deadlines and refund schedules are outlined in your booking confirmation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended in all cases.
5. Force majeure.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by acts of God, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Travel insurance.
Travel insurance is the client’s responsibility. We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage including medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal effects.
7. Liability.
thebespoketraveler acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party operators (hotels, airlines, ground operators, activity providers). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these third parties.
8. Privacy.
Client data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties; failing that, by binding arbitration.
